Due to federal regulations, we cannot transport paint, chemicals, herbicides, or any other hazardous materials.

Factors That May Affect Pricing:

A few things can alter the final price, such as:

Tire Disposal Fees: There’s an additional charge for recycling tires.
Additional Labor Requirements: Jobs involving hot tubs, pianos, sheds, or playsets may require extra labor and incur additional fees.
Distance & Accessibility: If the job site is far from the truck or requires more than 3 flights of stairs, this may impact the price.
Loose Items: If a large number of loose items need to be bagged or sorted, it may result in additional costs.
Hoarding Cleanups: Prices vary depending on the scope and complexity of hoarding situations.
Item Dismantling: Items that require disassembly before removal may incur extra charges.
Access Issues: Parking restrictions or difficulties in accessing the job site can also impact the final cost.

 Verified The owner is top-notch & always on the ball. The pick-up gentlemen are extremely pleasant. They always come within the scheduled three-hour window. They give a notification phone call of projected arrival time of usually 30 minutes. Very fast workers. They have a credit card machine, so it's over & done with very quickly. I have always considered the cost to be fair and reasonable. I have never been disappointed in the last six visits as I empty out my home.
